Featuring acclaimed French‐Spanish historian and cookbook author Hélène Jawhara Piñer—whose Matzah and Flour draws on centuries of Sephardic culinary heritage to illuminate how food carries memory, resilience, and meaning in Jewish life—and in conversation with renowned chef Michael Solomonov, this event uses food as a lens to ask Where does cuisine fit in our stories, traditions, and sense of self?
